About the Course

This is the first core course of Chemistry in the B.Sc. General programme under CBCS. It is worth 4 credits. The first two blocks give an account of atomic structure and Chemical bonding where as the other two blocks focus on the fundamental aspects of organic Chemistry and hydrocarbons. In the organic chemistry part you would learn about stereochemistry and Structure Reactivity Relationships.
