Before Competition:
1. Coaches please be sure you have reviewed your tariff sheets for no errors

Competition Time:
Coaches/Clubs will record their videos between Wednesday and Saturday and upload them
On Sunday we will display the videos in the specified rotation order and judges will judge them over the zoom how they would in a normal competition
Scores will be posted here live after each routine is finished
Awards and Shoutouts will be mailed directly to the club concluding the competition
Videos are uploaded to coach’s Google drive and then, shared to R7AU drive. Videos can be deleted at any time per coach’s discretion. Shared drive will be visible only by meet directors for up to 14 days after competition. Zoom Live Stream will NOT be recorded, we have selected only USA access to Zoom Live Stream. Zoom Live Stream is open and viewable to the public.
