Digital Playbook: 3 Low

Directions:

• The offense sets up in a 2-3 alignment, with three players along the baseline

• #5 works block to block, posting up the tail of the zone

  • Sometimes they will post up on the inside of the zone, other times they will post up on the outside of the zone

• #5 can also occasionally flash to the high post or set ball screens

• The perimeter players reverse the ball and attack the gaps with the dribble

Scoring Options:

1. Any openings that present themselves

Other Teaching Points:

• Best used against a 1-3-1 zone

• This can be used as a base zone offense or an adjustment within Spread Flash
