REGISTRATION & PARTICIPATION FEE

• Schools wishing to participate must register before January 12, 2026 by emailing cgraniczny@ifs.edu.sg.

• A ProZap participation fee of €100 per school helps support the project’s organization. Payment details will be provided upon receipt of invoice.
  
  

PRIZE REIMBURSEMENT

• Winning schools will purchase the prizes locally (within the allocated amounts) and present them to the winners.
  Upon submission of the invoice, IFS will reimburse the school. 

• Invoices should be sent to comptast@ifs.edu.sg.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Participants guarantee the originality of their work.

• A signed authorization is required for any identifiable subjects appearing in photos.

• The International French School of Singapore (IFS) and the AEFE may publish the submitted photos for promotional purposes, without any financial compensation.

• Authors’ names will always be credited.
