All through history up until now people have used different techniques to collect water. Here, take a look at the modern and traditional methods of water collection

Every year World Water Day is celebrated to raise awareness on the importance of water. To expand this to our school, we planned a week- long campaign including decoration of our school with slogans and posters drawing attention to the topic, a mini exhibition in our school in which drawings of our students will be displayed, a mini conference where an expert from İstanbul Water and Sewerage Administration would give a small talk on the topic. But unfortunately,all the activities were cancelled due Covid-19 pandemic and we didn't have time to even decorate our school. In the photos you'll see part of our preparation phase and materials created by our students. Hope to celebrate World Water Day and exhibit all our products next year.

Our students prepared presentations on how hydroelectric power plants work,their effects on environment and location of these plantations in our country.

We have carried out a study on water consumption in different sectors and prepared a report. We also created graphs showing water consumption in different sectors in our country.
