Regarding the good relationship of students and teachers in this Etwinning project, the Spanish group decided to use their accreditation to do a mobility to Italy. These are the points of the agreement and the programme of the mobility.
DAY 1. PISA
Our students were walking around the streets and learning about the most important monuments in Pisa: the Tower, the Cathedral and the Baptistery. They also tasted its typical food
DAY 1. ARRIVAL IN REGGELLO
We arrived in Reggello and the families were waiting for our students to take them home. It was going to be a great week.
DAY 2. WELCOME ACTIVITIES AT SCHOOL.
Our students try to know each other with typical Italian and Spanish games to break the ice. That was so fun!
DAY 2. INTERACTIVE MAPS.
Our students explain their city, culture and gastronomy to their classmates by using interactive maps.
DAY 2. WALK TO CASCIA.
We were walking to Cascia, the village next to Reggello, and there we visited the Church and the Museum. Then, our students were playing sports.
DAY 3. VISIT TO PRATO.
We visited the city and the Museum of Textiles.
DAY 3. FIRST VISIT TO FLORENCE.
We walked around Florence to have a first contact with this beautiful city. We went up the hill to arrive at the Piazzale Michelangelo Viewpoint.
DAY 4. VISIT TO VALLOMBROSA. ARBORETUM AND ABBEY.
We went to Vallombrosa to see 'Arboretum', a kind of garden in the mountain where species of trees from all the continents were grown. Besides, a Benedictine Monk made us a tour around the Abbey.
DAY 5. SECOND VISITÂ TO FLORENCE.
We toured the city with a guide and visited Uffizi Museum.
DAY 6. ACTIVITIES AT SCHOOL. INTERACTIVE MAPS. MUSIC PERFORMANCES
We did some activities related to the project, our students worked collaboratively to complete the projects' tasks.Â
DAY 6. FAREWELL
Italian families, students and teachers said goodbye to Spanish students and teachers. It was a great week!
