DICTIONARIES

Try to avoid using Google Translator. It may be useful occasionally, but don't use it too much. Here you have other dictionaries that you can use:

• Cambridge Dictionary for English learners

• Macmillan Dictionary, with definitions, meanings, synonyms, pronunciation and also games!

• Merriam-Webster, an American dictionary

• Linguee, a great tool for translators

• Picture Dictionary for English learners

• Visual Dictionary - well, there's nothing else to explain here

• Rhyming Dictionary, for poets and songwriters

• Slang Dictionary - in case you want to learn some! But don't forget those words need to be used in the right context, not at school!
