Play is a broad concept that reflects the inner world of the children and contributes to their physical, cognitive and affective development. Traditional games are activities that children perform on the street, in the park, in the garden with limited materials. Children learn the concept of friends on the street, communicate with their peers, learn and develop the concepts of love, respect, responsibility and trust, learn to belong to a group/team, become physically active.

This study was established in order to distract students from sedentary life caused by Covid-19 period, to support their physical, social and psychological development with traditional games, to increase students' physical activities, to increase cooperation and self-confidence among students, to improve students' creative thinking skills, and to contribute to their foreign language skills.
