About me:
I was born in Alcalá la Real, Jaén. I am a teacher of Biology and Geology and a PhD in Food Science and Technology. I also studied a master's degree in Human Nutrition, all of them at the University of Granada.
I love reading and listening to music, which makes me feel relaxed. Nevertheless, my main hobby is learning. I am always researching and improving my knowledge about science and technology, mainly.
I consider that to be a good teacher you should never stop learning.
