Checking Out Books

Kindergarten

Students in Kindergarten each may check out one book each week. The books are checked out to their classroom and stay in the classroom.

1st Grade

Students in 2nd grade may check out one book each week. The books are checked out to the student who is responsible for the book. Students may check out a new book if they return the book they had. The books stay in the classroom.

2nd Grade

Students in 2nd grade may check out one book each week. The books are checked out to the student who is responsible for the book. Students will work toward checking out two books and taking books home when they prove they are responsible. Students may check out new books each week if all of the books they had are returned.

3rd Grade

Students in 3rd grade may check out three books each week. Books are checked out to the student and may go home. Students are responsible for all of their books. Students may check out new books if all of their books have been returned.

4th Grade

Students in 4th grade may check out four books each week. Books are checked out to the student and may go home. Students are responsible for all of their books. Students may check out new books if all of their books have been returned.
