Note: The tentative oral exam time schedule in below is subject to change when requested by student and when students drop the course. Don't worry if there is a time conflict in the schedule right now, we will make sure that everyone is allocated to a suitable time slot before finalizing.

Oral Exam Rule:
Each person has 5 minutes to present at a prescheulded time slot (as shown in the above spreed sheet) in the Oral Exam Room.
Each person will be provided with a drawing box containing at least 4 unknown questions in it 30 minutes prior to the prescheduled exam time. After drawing the quesiton, each person will have one chance to redraw/pass on the current question.
Exam takers will prepare for the presentation in the Preparation Room; the exam taker will then move to the Stand-by Spot 2 minutes prior to the prescheduled exam time.
Tool & Method:
When in the Preparation Room, the exam taker will be provided with an answer sheet / paper to write.
At the time when the exam taker move to the Stand-by Spot, a Teaching Assistant will help take a picture of that answer sheet and upload the picture to the cloud drive or LINE group.
When in the Oral Exam Room, another Teaching Assistant in the room will help open the file and project the picture on screen. The exam taker can make use of that picture for oral presentation.
The exam taker can bring pens, pencils, rullers, engineering calculators in the Preparation Room, but no eletronic devises can be used druing the preparation.
