About the Teacher

Hello third graders! I am so excited to be your teacher this year. I expect that we will have a wonderful time together, and I can't wait to get started. I received my Bachelor's degree from Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio, and am currently finishing my Master's degree at Boise State University. I am originally from Columbus, Ohio, and moved to Idaho last year through a program called Teach for America. Working at Idaho Arts Charter School has been an amazing experience, and I look forward to a year of exciting new learning! Let's get ready to explore!

My Vision

In this classroom, we are explorers. We show kindness, bravery, teamwork, and inquiry. We will work together to become creative adventure-seekers and problem-solvers. We will treat each other with empathy and respect and grow every day! I promise to hold you to high expectations and do my absolute best to bring my A-game 100% of the time.
