Jingying Xu

Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Jingying Xu is a globally-minded youth leader, polyglot, and systems strategist committed to building the future infrastructure of equity and innovation for students worldwide. Raised across five countries and fluent in four languages, Jingying brings both cross-cultural fluency and institutional insight to her work. She currently serves as the Student Representative to the Ithaca Board of Education, advocating for 1,400 students in district policy; is the President of FIRST Robotics Team 639, leading strategic, fundraising, and engineering operations; and has conducted AI research at Cornell University. Her accolades span Model UN diplomacy awards, leadership grants, and public speaking honors.
