Registration

Registration for Camp opens on Friday, April 17th, 2026, and closes on May 15th. Any late registration will be taken on a case-by-case basis at a higher registration fee. All registration is done through Google Forms. Families with more than one child should register each child separately. Each specialty camp will have a max number of campers per session, so make sure to get your registration in!

Included for your camp 2026 registration is a camp t-shirt and camp bag. Each session of each camp week will receive 1 snack per day included in session fees. Full day campers will receive 2 snacks per day. 

Eligibility

Your grade for the upcoming year is the camp grade level to be selected for the 26-27 school year.

Camp Hours

Kindergarten through 6th grade camp is offered as half day camp from 9-12 and from 1-4. Any camper enrolled in both sessions can stay at camp for free from 12-1 for the lunch hour.

Pizza Friday Lunch

Pizza Friday lunch is offered each Friday for all day campers. You will receive Cheese Pizza, a Veggie or Fruit, a snack & juice box. Pizza Friday Lunches are $5.00 and must be purchased at registration. If staying all day, campers must bring a home lunch all other days.

Items from Home

Camp is not responsible for lost and stolen items. Please do not bring extra items from home. Campers should bring a water bottle and sunscreen each week. If a specific week requires more items, those will be sent to you in the weekly camp newsletter!

Camp Fees

All morning and afternoon sessions of camp are $150 each/w full day camps are $200 each per week. Payments can be made in 1 payment, due June 1st, or into 2 equal payments due June 1st and June 15th.

Refunds/Cancellations

Registrations cancelled by May 15th are able to receive 75% refund of your cancelled camp cost. After this date, we are unable to provide a refund. Cancellation requests should be made by emailing summercamps@icschooltn.org or calling the school at 931-645-1865.

If a camp session does not reach capacity by end of registration in May, that camp will be cancelled, and those campers will be asked to pick a remaining option for that week/session.

Drop Off/Pick Up

Drop off for the morning session begins at 8:45 and pick up ends at 12:15. Drop off for afternoon sessions at 12:45 and ends at 4:15. Full Day drop off is from 7:30-8:30 and pick up is from 4:00-5:00PM. There is a $3.00 per minute late fee for late pick-ups that will be due at the end of each camp week. All Drop Off/Pick-Up needs to be done using the gym doors.

Jr. Counselors

Any rising 7th or 8th grader is able to apply to be a Jr. Camp Counselor to gain service hours and hands-on experience. Please email Principal, Caroline DeLess, if you are interested.
