2025-2026 Tuition and Fees

Registration Fee: The registration fee is per student, per school year. If your child is removed and re-enrolled, a registration fee will be charged again.

Early: on or before May 31 $125

Regular: June 1- July 31 $150

Late: on or after August 1 $175

Technology Fee: $50.00 per child with a max of $150 per family for the school year.

As a school in the Diocese of Jefferson City, educating the children of the parish is a mission of the church. All registered parishioners are asked to commit to the mission of educating the children by participating in the church’s sacramental and community life, sharing their time and talents, and tithing justly and faithfully. All families registered with Immaculate Conception Church are responsible for their stewardship commitment. The cost to educate each child at ICS is more than $5,200 per child. We ask parishioners to tithe to help with this expense. A MANDATORY yearly meeting with Father is required before school begins in August. Please call 573-564-2375 to schedule an appointment.

**The monthly tuition (paid for 10 months) is due by the 1st of each month, beginning August 1 or can be paid as a lump sum before school starts.

Milk Order: Milk bills for the 2025-2026 school year are $60.00 per child. This can be paid by the school year or by the semester.

Lunch

ECLC and Preschool students are served a lunch each day. Students in K-8 bring a packed lunch from home. Microwaves are available.

Extended Care

We offer before school (6:30-7:15 a.m.) and after school (3:30-5:30 p.m.) care for children at $12 a day and $10 for each additional child per family per day. Fees include before and/or after school (or any part thereof). Example: 2 children = $22; 3 children = $32.

$17 per child on early out days, $15 for each additional child: Example: 2 children = $32; 3 children = $47

$37 per child for a full day.

All Students: If your child is in our care after 5:30 p.m., you will be charged $1 for every minute after 5:30 p.m.

Faith Formation

The IC Family celebrates Mass on Thursdays and Fridays at 8:00 a.m. and on Holy Days of Obligation. Daily prayer is a regular occurrence in each classroom. Prayer Partners meet the first Thursday of each month at the 8:00 am Mass.
