About me...

Hello! My name is Jessica Bennett, and I am so happy to welcome you to Kindergarten! I have been an elementary school teacher for 19 years, and teaching little learners continues to be one of my greatest joys.

I earned my Master’s Degree in Psychology from Seton Hall University and continued my education at New Jersey City University, where I received my New Jersey Standard Teaching Certificate for grades K–5.

I am also a proud alumna of both Immaculate Conception and Immaculata—Go Spartans! Being able to return “home” as a teacher is truly special to me. I feel incredibly blessed to give back to a community that was such an important part of my own childhood and education.

In our classroom, we will learn so much more than letters and numbers. We will learn how to be good friends, solve problems, try new things, make mistakes, help one another, and grow a little more independent each day. Along the way, we will sing, laugh, play, create, and pray together!

My prayer is that every child who walks through our classroom door feels loved, encouraged, and excited to learn. May our classroom be a space filled with little moments that become big memories.
