ICNA sisters has many organized departments dedicated to different aspects in the betterment of the community. The L&D department conducts events such as Weekly Quran Classes, Study Circles, Dora e Quran, Welcome Ramadan, Special Programs (Hajj Workshops, Seerah Programs, Parenting Workshops, etc) , Tarbiyah Conferences ,Tarbiyah workshops (nashist), etc...
The Outreach department focuses on projects such as Know your neighbor event, Bus Ad campaign, Subway Ad campaign, islamic information booth (e.g Islamic Heritage booths), You Me and a cup of tea, Carry the light convention, Hijab day, Street dawah, etc...
The Social Services department takes part in projects such as Hospital visits, Long term care volunteer, Senior sisters meet & greet, Ghusul e mayyat,Shelter home visit, Back to school drive, Food bank collection, Blood donation drive, Syrian refugee settlement, Garage sale, Family counselling, etc..
The Civic Engagement department collaborates with the community in events such as International Women’s Day, Open doors Toronto, Islamic History month celebrations, Tree planting, City park cleaning, Blood donation drive, Syrian refugee settlement, Garage sale, Family counseling etc...
The Embrace department provides spiritual guidance and emotional support through regular sessions in cities across Canada. This departmnet also conducts webinars and workshops centered around issues faced by reverted sisters.
The Media departments manages all of ICNA sisters' online appearance from social media to websites. Social media accounts and websites are present for all cities and also on the national level.
Adduha Institute of Islamic Sciences provides full Quran Diploma courses and many short courses. Adduha's seeks to help Muslim women develop an Islamic personality that is defined in the Holy Qur’an and exemplified by Prophet Muhammad (S.A) and promote peace and harmony in this world by understanding our rights and responsibilities
