About the Conference

The International Conference on Educational System Management and Leadership (ICSML) commenced in 2022 with its inaugural theme, "School Leadership Responsive to National Development in a Disruptive Future," attracting participants from Thailand and 18 countries worldwide. Building upon this success, the second edition, ICESML 2023, continued the discourse with the theme "Educational Management Design for Global Transformation," drawing participants from Thailand and 20 countries globally. 

Encouraged by the achievements of the preceding conferences, The Faculty of Education, Chulalongkorn University, the Division of Educational System Management Leadership in collaboration with Teachers College, Columbia University, is organizing the academic virtual conference titled "The 3rd International Conference on Educational System Management Leadership (ICESML 2024), with the theme "Education System Redesign for Creating a Better World for All," scheduled for May 31, 2024, via an online platform. 

This conference aims to provide a platform for researchers, educators, and participants from Thailand and worldwide to engage in academic exchange on school leadership. The event will feature contributions from researchers, educators, school leaders, and students across multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary fields, offering insights into educational system management, school leadership, and related areas. Distinguished panelists and keynote speakers representing various domains of educational management will enrich the conference with their expertise. The conference will call for abstracts for oral and poster presentations in the research symposium and an article in the International Journal of Educational System Management Leadership (IJESML).
