1. Choose "Items" from the menu.

You can find the tax information in the item information. When you create a new sale you can edit the tax group of a certain item or of the whole sale.

1. Barcode

For convenience, you can read the barcode number from the item with a barcode scanner. If the item does not have a barcode you can create your own numbering to make it easier for you during the sale.  

2. Name of the item

The name of the item could be with Latin letters and could include numbers.

3. Sale price without VAT

You can enter the price without VAT if it's more convenient for you. If you want to enter the price including VAT. skip this field and go to the next one. The price is automatically recalculated based on the set percentage in the tax group in your country.

4. Sale price with VAT

You can fill the price with VAT and the price without VAT will be automatically calculated as the VAT in your country. 

5. Type

You must choose if the item is a good or a service.

6. Units

The unit of measure could be chosen by the ones that are added in the system. Units of measure can be additionally added by our support, just give us a call. 

7. Tax Group

Tax groups are pre-defined according to tax legislation.

8. Additional barcode

You can add an additional barcode - if you want an additional barcode field you can call the support. 

9. Item groups

If you have created an item group you can add the item to the group it belongs to. After that you could search the item by group.
