Dissemination
From the very beginning, we realized this project was going to become very important for a lot of teachers, students, and families...
The twinspace starts with this message.
On the 18th November 2020, Luisa and Angela took part in a Webinar for International Educational Week, we were invited by the British Council. It was an honor to be able to share this project with teachers across the globe.
ABOUT THE WEBINAR
About the webinar
From Malala Yousafzai to Greta Thunberg, this generation has seen young people taking action in support of the issues they feel strongly about and harnessing their passion for the greater good.
As part of International Education Week, we're celebrating teachers who support young people around the world to work towards positive change.
We'll hear from teachers whose pupils are working on a wide range of projects, including eTwinning and Connecting Classrooms through Global Learning partnerships, on themes such as:
Local projects on climate change
Community connections during lockdown
Helping to make a more anti-racist world.
About the panel
This was a panel event, with speakers from around the world, followed by questions from the audience.

On the University of Jyväskylä website they have written about the event and the project.
Kristóf Fenyvesi says: “We received important contributions even during the online meeting. Reidun Twarock, the world’s most renowned expert of mathematical virology introduced the structure of viruses and the impact of her team’s findings on everyday education and fine arts. We had teachers from lockdown areas, like Luisa Lenta from Italy, or Zhao Yuqian, distance learning specialist, who is working with children in the center of the epidemic in the Hubei Province, China. Researchers of educational creativity, Professor Pamela Burnard from University of Cambridge, UK, and Dr. Anne Harris from RMIT, Melbourne contributed significantly to the event.”
