第二學期期初招生之「現場繳件預約暨報名資料填寫」Google 表單將於 12 月 24 日（星期三）上午 10 時 開放。
The Google Form for Beginning-of-Semester Admissions Application (Second semester)– Application Information Submission and In-Person Document Submission Appointment will open at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 24.
有意報名本校雙語部第二學期期初招生者，請申請人務必先於Google表單中完成繳件時間預約，並於表單中填報相關報名資料及上傳報名文件之掃描檔。
Applicants who intend to apply for the IBSH Second Semester Beginning-of-Semester Admissions are required to first schedule an in-person document submission appointment through the Google Form, and to complete the required application information and upload scanned copies of the application documents via the same form.
申請人請於 12 月 29 日至 1 月 2 日當週之上班日，依所預約之時段，親至本校雙語部教務辦公室辦理現場繳件。
Applicants are required to submit the application documents in person at the IBSH Academic Affairs Office during school days in the week of December 29 to January 2, according to their scheduled appointment time.
繳件當日，凡需繳交影本之文件，皆須同時出示正本供本校查驗；經查驗無誤後，正本將當場退還。
On the day of document submission, all documents submitted as photocopies must be accompanied by the original copies for verification. The original documents will be returned immediately after verification.第二學期期初招生 Beginning-of-Semester Admission Application for the Second Semester of 2025~2026

January 13 (Tuesday)：第5條款資格者之入學考 Admission exam for applicants under term Article Ⅴ of admission guide. (5-1-1-1, 5-1-1-2, 5-1-2, 5-1-3, 5-1-4, 5-1-5)
注意事項Note：
校園內不提供停車。Parking is not available on campus.
請您在到校辦理繳件前，先完成線上表單的填寫與預約。
Please complete the online form and make an appointment before coming to the school to submit your documents.進入校園請先向警衛進行訪客登記。Please show the security pass (see attachment in the email) at the gate to gain entry.
因校內電話系統更新，雙語部註冊組分機號碼改為 6103，若有入學申請相關問題，請以以下方式聯絡雙語部註冊組。

首頁「Links雙語部相關網頁」增加「新竹科學園區巡迴巴士路線圖及時刻表」之連結，若申請人報名或學生參加入學考，是搭乘高鐵由他縣市至新竹，可以利用園區巡迴巴士由高鐵站搭車至本校。
A new link to the "Hsinchu Science Park Shuttle Bus Routes and Timetables" has been added under the "Links – IBSH Related Websites" section on the homepage. If applicants register or students attend the entrance exam and are traveling from other cities by high-speed rail, they can use the Science Park shuttle bus to travel from the HSR station to our school.新竹高鐵站搭車，請參考「綠能」路線，於「實驗中學」站下車，下車地點即為本校正門。
Please take the "Green Energy" route from Hsinchu HSR Station and get off at the "Experimental High School" stop. The drop-off point is right at the main entrance of our school.
