My name is Chelsea Wilcox and I am the intervention teacher at Newton. I grew up here in Baldwin County. After high school, I attended Auburn University (War Eagle). I graduated from Auburn with a degree in Elementary Education. I have been teaching since 2016. I believe to be the best teacher for your child means I should continue to educate myself. I am a Google Certified Educator, eMINTS educator, and AMSTI certified. I am also a participant in Baldwin County's Reading Cadre and currently going through LETRS training to become a better reading teacher. I have been married to my high school sweetheart since 2016 and we have one daughter, Reynolds.
