The IA technical Collective is a professional membership network for technical practicioners: designers, technicians, pattern cutters, graders, fit models and machinists in the the lingerie, swim and lounge industry .
Our Collective was created with the aim to connect, nurture and celebrate our skilled practitioners in their shared passion and values of building intimate garments with authenticity, accuracy and integrity and above all a human connection.
It is a community based on authentic connection and collaboration, thus elevating our potential to influence positive and thriving change throughout the IA industry.

Every other month
We hold virtual gatherings for our members, focussing on networking and connection. These are very interactive meetings where everyone is encouraged to share their experiences. And, of course, they're really fun!

In our virtual technical discussions we invite industry experts to talk about special topics like 3D design, sizing systems, fitting, etc. They're an invaluable source of inspiration, and also a unique opportunity to learn from some of the best experts in their fields.

Our Slack network gives us the possibility to chat with each other in real time. We have dedicated Slack channels so that we can get help from our other members, share work opportunities or keep an eye on the latest industry news.
The Collective stands for nurturing a collaborative and circular ecosystem, each putting in and taking out in some form, in balance, with everyone receiving what they need to reach their fullest potential. We currently offer two membership packages: SEED (free) and GROW, aimed at those wanting to embrace the community more deeply and access additional nutrients to support both their individual professional evolution and the community journey as a whole:
