• Unattached: $20 for whole meet

The indoor track allows for 1/4 inch spikes. During the meet you will have to pre race check in your spikes to make sure everyone is complying and the track is not ruined. This meet will be run in 6 hours and we ask that you do not show up earlier than 30 min because the Iowa State Track and Field team has practice before us. Events are listed on the right hand side and the month of the meet exact timing when each event is will come out.

Registration for this meet will be first come first serve. We will be allowing about 10-15 teams depending on the amount of people so we can fit our capacity. Once you complete our registration we will email you to inform you if you are confirmed for the meet or not. After that payment will be asked for unless you will be paying in person.

Econo Lodge Ames: ~$40 per person for 2 nights
Super 8 Ames: ~$40 per person for 2 nights

If you would like to eat on campus or leave the meet to go get food campus town is no more than a mile walk or if you would like to eat at the dining hall then it is $12 per person for breakfast and $15 for lunch and dinner.
