Online payments for Journal Subscriptions may be made via credit card or PayPal through this form

for over 200 countries/regions.

THIS FORM MUST BE FILLED OUT BY A DIVISION OFFICER OR ADMINISTRATOR

on behalf of members who wish to subscribe.

Because divisions must validate subscribers as members in order to receive discounted rates, individual submissions are not permitted. The Division will collect subscription fees and be invoiced by the IAP accordingly. As part of your submission using the form below, a spreadsheet must be uploaded with contact information of members that you will be subscribing on their behalf.
