Investment - Occasionally, the Small Business Owners we represent sell their businesses and become Investor/Developers. We assist them in deploying their capital wisely.

No matter the assignment, we utilize our Market Intelligence and Negotiation Skills on behalf of who we represent. Often we are on the side of the Buyer/Tenant, putting our expertise on the line on their behalf. 

Sometimes we are on the Seller/Landlord side of the equation.
