About Us

The International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF) is the largest organization representing professional firefighters and emergency medical responders, dedicated to protecting the health and safety of our members and the communities they serve. The IAFF strives to promote excellence in the fire service and advocates for the advancement of fire safety, improve public health, and support our fellow first responders in times of crisis.

The Bexar County District 5 Professional Firefighters' Association, Local 5320 was organized in 2019 by members of the Bexar County Emergency Services District 5 (BCESD5) Fire Department under the International Association of Fire Fighters. Local 5320 is the sole representative of the firefighters and first responders that service the largest ESD in Bexar County, and its' Mission is to ensure the fair and just compensation and treatment of its' members.
