The Presentation and Vendor Submission Form is NOW OPEN. Submissions must be received no later than October 30, 2026. The Conference Committee will only consider fully completed forms. Decisions on selected presentations and exhibitors will be announced by November 16, 2026. Registration will be opening up in later November and will be free thanks to our generous donors.
