Dr. Giancarlo Crocetti is a Certified NVIDIA Instructor and an Assistant Professor of Data Science & AI at St. John's University.
His research focuses on AI Agentic Systems, Human-Machine Interaction, and the Societal Impact of AI
Prior to academia, he spent 18+ years as a Senior Associate Director at Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, leading Data Science & Advanced AI Capabilities for the medical organization. A recognized expert in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI, he is now dedicated to preparing students for success in an AI-driven workforce.
