With a background in engineering and technology, Tamekia Beverly is a National Board Certified Teacher in Mathematics who taught post-secondary for 4 years, high school for 5 years, and middle school for 6 years.  She earned a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from Tennessee State University, a Master’s in Instructional Leadership from the University of North Alabama, and is currently pursuing an Education Specialist degree.  She leisurely enjoys crochet, playing the clarinet, and spending time with her family.

Mrs. Beverly is excited to join the i3 family as a new Media Tech Specialist dedicated to nurturing our i3 scholars on their journeys to discover their own interests, passions, and goals.  Her enthusiasm for STEM enrichment education and student-centered engagement inspires students to love learning for a lifetime!  Together, we are ROCKETS who SOAR!
