Our Kindergarten Education is grounded in a belief that children learn best through play and exploration.
In kindergarten our emphasis is on holistic development, inclusivity and active participation in the learning journey. Play fosters creativity,problem solving, decision making and social skills. It is a child-centered approach to learning that encourages autonomy, and independence.
We follow NJ state mandated learning goals in the areas of reading readiness and mathematics.
Teacher specialists in music education, art education, technology, foreign language,library/media, science education, health and physical education provide additional social-emotional and enrichment activities for our students.
About me
Every since I can remember I've always wanted to be a teacher. Storytime with my grandmother took me to magical places and helped me to fall in love with books. Sharing my love of reading and inspiring our youngest learners is important to me. In kindergarten friendship and learning go hand in hand.
