Sometimes we need support, other times a challenge. My role is to help students achieve their potential through intervention or enrichment. What that looks like varies with the students' needs and interests. Helping students realize their potential, identify their strengths and weaknesses, and develop strategies and projects to assist them, is what makes coming to work each day a joy. 

In addition to my passion for learning -  both the students and my own - I am committed to living green and doing my part to maintain and ensure a healthy planet. As part of the schools's Green Team, I relish the opportunity to share this love with the Mountz Community: students, parents, staff and beyond. Whether it is riding my bike to school, running a garden club, or participating in beach sweeps, I truly try to "walk the walk," not just "talk the talk. "
