H.W. Mountz Library Mission Statement

Fostering a love for learning and literacy, the H.W. Mountz Elementary School Library is dedicated to providing a vibrant and inclusive space where students can explore, discover, and cultivate their imaginations through a diverse collection of books and educational resources. The aim of the H.W. Mountz Elementary School Library is to empower young minds, nurture curiosity, and promote a lifelong passion for reading and learning.

I am Mrs. Deaver, the teacher-librarian at Mountz. I am thrilled to be here and look forward to helping you all navigate the world of information and literacy. As a librarian, my goal is to create an environment that fosters a love of reading and learning. I am passionate about helping students find the resources they need to succeed and am always available to answer any questions you may have.
