How to get reimbursed (for class parties, event decorations, napkins, etc...)

To our parent volunteers:

You've generously given us your time, energy, and now, your credit. For prompt repayment on pre-approved expenses related to school events:

1. Submit your reimbursement requests (form also below): https://forms.gle/5A5srXsM9msV5BfU9

2. Send copies (photographs, scans, screenshots, or PDFs) of your receipts to hwispa-nj02@hwis.org with "HWISPA reimbursement" and the date of the event in the subject line.
