Spring (min 2 night stay): May 1 - June 26, $200/night
Summer weekly: Saturday-Saturday weekly $2500 + $200 cleaning
Additional $125 per person over 6 people, max 8 people
Summer Booking Deposit: 50% ($1250) due at time of booking.
Remaining balance of $1950 ( $1250 balance+$500 security/damage deposit +$200 cleaning fee) due 30 days before arrival. The security/damage $500 deposit will be refunded within 5 business days of check-out if cottage is left in condition it was received.
BOOKING NOTES:
Non-refundable deposit is required to book cottage. Our cancellation policy is No Refunds. If you do need to cancel, we will do our best to rent cottage for your time period and refund your deposit if we are successful.
A $500 security /damage deposit is required and will be refunded in full 5 business days after checkout. Cottage must be left in the condition it was received.
Primary renter must be 30+ years of age.
We require a signed rental agreement and copy of a valid driver's licence to complete the rental commitment. The cottage rents to families and mature groups of adults only.
Maximum number of people in group is 6. If we do make an exception to the 6 person maximum, there will be an additional surcharge. Each weekly rental will include one full tank of propane.
Guests are required to bring their own towels and linens.

This cottage is not meant for large groups or parties - we are located on a private lane and are part of a small community organization with an 10 p.m. noise restriction. We have neighbours on both sides who we respect greatly therefore loud music, noise and foul language outdoors is strictly forbidden. Thank you for your understanding. This cottage was built for relaxation, unwinding, and enjoyment!
We are on a septic system. Please do not overuse water and follow guidelines provided (i.e. no grease down sink, septic safe products only, etc.) We have well water that is tested regularly and is safe for drinking but we will provide one large jug of filtered water which can be refilled at the Buckhorn Home Hardware.
