Mae’r Ysgol Ganol yn gyfnod pwysig a chyffrous i’n dysgwyr wrth iddynt ddatblygu eu hyder, eu hannibyniaeth a’u sgiliau dysgu. Yn ystod y cyfnod hwn, mae disgyblion yn adeiladu ar y sylfeini a osodwyd yn y Cyfnod Cynradd ac yn paratoi ar gyfer heriau’r Ysgol Uchaf. Darperir cyfleoedd amrywiol i ddisgyblion archwilio pynciau newydd, datblygu eu diddordebau a chymryd rhan mewn gweithgareddau cyfoethogi o fewn a thu allan i’r dosbarth.

Anogwn bob disgybl i fanteisio ar bob cyfle a ddarperir iddynt, gan ddangos parch, ymrwymiad a dyfalbarhad yn eu dysgu. Ein nod yw sicrhau bod pob unigolyn yn datblygu’n ddysgwr hyderus, cyfrifol a chytbwys, sy’n barod ar gyfer y cam nesaf yn eu taith addysgol yn Ysgol Garth Olwg.

The Middle School is an important and exciting stage in our learners’ education as they develop their confidence, independence and key learning skills. During this period, students build on the foundations established in Primary School while preparing for the challenges of the Upper School. A wide range of opportunities is provided for students to explore new subjects, develop their interests and take part in enriching activities both inside and outside the classroom.

We encourage all students to make the most of every opportunity available to them, demonstrating respect, commitment and resilience in their learning. Our aim is to ensure that each individual develops into a confident, responsible and well-rounded learner who is prepared for the next stage of their educational journey at Ysgol Garth Olwg.
