Trwy gynllunio cwricwlwm gwahaniaethol, sicrhewn bod yr holl ddisgyblion yn cael mynediad at weithgareddau sydd yn addas at eu gallu ac sydd yn caniatau pob plentyn i gyrraedd eu llawn potensial. Mae asesu ac arsywli parhaus yn galluogi’r athrawon i gynllunio gweithgareddau a strategaethau sydd yn addas ar gyfer pob plentyn. Ein bwriad pob tro yw adnabod ein plant yn dda er mwyn gallu cynllunio ar gyfer anghenion pob plentyn, gan gynnwys plant ag anghenion dysgu ychwanegol. Bydd staff y dosbarth yn gweithio’n agos iawn â chydlynydd anghenion dysgu ychwanegol yr ysgol, sef Mrs Catrin Davies, drwy adnabod anghenion, monitro a chynllunio darpariaeth ar gyfer plant ag anghenion dysgu ychwanegol, yn unol â Deddf Anghenion Dysgu Ychwanegol a’r Tribiwnlys Addysg (Cymru).
Mae’r ysgol yn darparu ar gyfer disgyblion ag anghenion addysgol arbennig drwy’r dulliau canlynol:
· rhoi cynorthwywyr i mewn yn y dosbarth i roi cymorth i ddisgyblion ag anghenion arbennig.
· defnyddio cynlluniau gwaith gwahaniaethol tu mewn i grwpiau gallu cymysg.
· mae’r CADY yn gyfrifol am drefniant addysg plant ag Anghenion Dysgu Ychwanegol
· Mae un aelod o’r Corff Llywodraethol â chyfrifoldeb dros Anghenion Dysgu Ychwanegol.
· Ymgynghori a chydweithio gydag Ymgynghorwyr Addysg Arbennig ac asiantaethau allanol o fewn y Sir pan fo’n briodol.

The careful planning of a differentiated curriculum ensures that all pupils have access to activities which are suited to their ability and which allow all pupils to reach their full potential. Continuous assessment and observation enable our teachers to plan activities and strategies which are suitable for all children. Our aim at all times is to ensure that we know our children well so that we can plan for the needs of all children, including those recognised as having additional learning needs. Classroom staff will work closely with Mrs Catrin Davies, the school’s additional learning needs coordinator (ALNCo), when identifying needs, monitoring and planning provision for children with additional learning needs, in line with the requirements of the Additional Learning Needs and Educational Tribunal (Wales) Act.
We provide for children with Additional Educational Needs in the following ways:
· The presence of additional support assistants in the class to give support to pupils with additional needs.
· The use of differentiated schemes of work in mixed ability teaching groups.
· The ALNCo has specific responsibility for Additional Learning Needs.
· The Governing body has a designated person with responsibility for Additional Learning Needs.
· Consultation and liaison with ALN Advisors and outside agencies within the county when it is considered
necessary.
