Anti-bullying Ambassadors Launch Support Scheme

The Anti-bullying Ambassadors at Ysgol Afon Wen have been working hard behind the scenes to prepare the launch of their new peer support scheme. This initiative is designed to offer pupils a safe, approachable, and confidential way to raise concerns about bullying.

Starting on November 10th, pupils will be able to speak directly with an Ambassador during break times. Whether it’s to report an incident, seek advice, or simply talk through a situation, the Ambassadors are there to listen and help. They’ve received training to ensure they can offer support sensitively and appropriately, and will work closely with staff to ensure all concerns are followed up.
