This service is only available on a WINDOWS device that has been enrolled with HWB
To access the following services you will need to have been granted access to the IT Helpdesk by the school Admin or Headteacher (Primary schools) or Network Manager (Secondary schools). You will also have to download the "Microsoft Authenticator" app on a device to act as the key to the door once you are away from the school premises. No data will be stored on your device.

To begin, sign into the IT Helpdesk, then click on the MAKE A REQUEST button near the top of the screen:
Choose from the 2 options below as required and click on Log Request
Locate the SCHOOLS ADMIN SERVICES REQUEST block and click on the LOG REQUEST button.
Complete the form, making sure that if you require access to Agresso you select the "Agresso access required" checkbox. Once complete, click on the SUBMIT button.
Locate the SCHOOLS ADMIN SERVICES REQUEST block and click on the LOG REQUEST button.
Complete the form, once complete, click on the SUBMIT button.
Once you get confirmation that you have been added to the correct group you will need to install the MICROSOFT AUTHENTICATOR APP on a mobile device . This acts as the "key to the door" for the system . If you are not prepared to install this app on your device then we cannot give access to TC from outside the school.
Once you have installed the AUTHENTICATOR app on your device - click the appropriate link HERE and follow the on screen instructions. When prompted to sign in to HWB please use your HWB Username e.g Evansg459@hwbcymru.net (Do not use your email address ending with ysgolccc.cymru)
