As we are now fully utilising our new Freshdesk Service for support requests from the Schools MIS and Data team, I need to ensure that you can access the system via the verification email sent out from the system. I have resent an activation email to you, but we know it may end up in the Junk folder, or even in the Quarantine area of Outlook. Below are some useful instructions on resolving the junk mail issues

- Use your email and password to log in.
