Os na fydd ffurflen yn cael ei chwblhau, byddwn yn cymryd bod y gweithiwr yn streicio ac yn didynnu'r swm perthnasol o'r tâl ONI BAI bod Pennaeth yr ysgol yn rhoi gwybod i ni nad oedd dim staff yn yr ysgol wedi gweithredu’n ddiwydiannol y diwrnod hwnnw.
3. Ffurflen Cofnodi Presenoldeb i'w chwblhau gan Pennaeth yr ysgol a'i dychwelyd at CRPayroll@sirgar.gov.uk cyn pen 5 diwrnod ar ôl y gweithredu diwydiannol.

A wnewch ofalu eich bod yn nodi statws eich ysgol ar wefan y Cyngor ynghylch cau / amharu ar ysgolion. Dylech nodi os yw’r ysgol yn rhannol ar agor (gan nodi’r manylion), neu wedi ei chau’n llwyr. 1. Guidance on managing industrial action in schools.
2. Employee Notification form which all employees should complete to ensure employees are paid correctly. If no form is completed, it will be assumed that the employee is on strike and deductions will be made accordingly UNLESS the Headteacher informs us that no staff in the school took industrial action on that day.
3. Attendance Recording form to be completed by the Headteacher of the school and returned to CRPayroll@carmarthenshire.gov.uk no more than 5 days after the industrial action.

Please ensure that you update the status of your school on the Council’s website for school disruption. You should indicate if the school is partially open (with details), or fully closed.
