Tesco 'Stronger Starts Project'
Thank you to the MPPS community for your support with the 'Stronger Starts Project'. The aim of the project is to raise funds for 'Outdoor Learning Provision'. We want you to help us promote discovery and independence for our pupils by purchasing tools and equipment for them to learn outdoors and connect with nature.
The project with the highest number of votes across our region will receive £1,500 , the second placed project £1,000, and the third placed project £500.

Parent Consultation update
There will be a Teachers2Parents message sent on Monday 10th February 2025 at 4 pm with a link to book a Parent Consultation. Consultations will be face to face in the school hall. They will be held on Wednesday 19th February and Thursday 20th February. Please be reminded they will be 10 minute consultations. Thank you.
NSPCC National Numeracy Day 2025
Thank you MPPS Families for your support with NSPCC National Numeracy Day. The children across the school have been having a wonderful day celebrating numbers, wearing numbers and completing some very tricky number calculations! A fantastic way to engage in numeracy and all for a great cause.

Multiply Maths meeting for Nursery Parents
Thank you to our Nursery Parents for attending the Multiply Maths session on Monday. We hope you thoroughly enjoyed working with your children and we look forward to welcoming you back on the 10th and 17th February at the same times of 11.00 am and 3.00 pm. We will continue to share some top tips on how to support your child with Maths.

Parking Responsibly at drop off and collection times
This is a reminder to remember to park responsibly at the start and end of the school day. We have received multiple complaints from local residents this week and as such, we have contacted Parking Enforcement, who will be monitoring the area. Please help us to resolve this issue. Thank you.

Chartwells School Dinners

School Attendance
Remember not to take holidays in term time. Poor attendance can significantly impact on the well-being and academic attainment of your child. Our attendance target is 96% for the whole school. Please see chart which demonstrates the effects of good and poor attendance. Our current whole school attendance is 95.4% if your child is unwell please contact the school office.
