Yn ein Ffederasiwn  rydym yn  gweithio tuag at fod yn Ffederasiswn  sy'n Parchu Hawliau. Yn y flwyddyn  ysgol newydd (Medi 2023) ein nod yw lansio hawliau plant ar draws yr ysgol gyfan ac yna mynd am y ‘Gwobr Ysgol sy’n Parchu Hawliau Efydd’. Mae’r plant eisoes wedi cael profiadau amrywiol yn dysgu am hawliau plant ac rydym yn edrych ymlaen at weithio gyda CCUHP (Confensiwn y Cenhedloedd Unedig ar Hawliau’r Plentyn) ac i ddod yn Ysgol sy’n Parchu Hawliau yn y dyfodol agos.  Ein bwriad yw dechrau cynllun Llysgenhadon Gwych hawliau plant, creu cymeriad 'Hawliau Plant' ac i greu siarter hawliau plant fydd wedi ffocysu ar ddeg erthygl i'w hyrwyddo dros yr flwyddyn. 

Mae Comisiynydd Plant Cymru yn sicrhau bod holl blant a phobl ifanc Cymru yn cael gwybod am eu hawliau. Yr hawliau hyn yw’r pethau sydd eu hangen ar blant i fod yn ddiogel, yn iach ac yn hapus. Mae gan y Cenhedloedd Unedig restr o’r holl hawliau sydd gan blant. Gelwir y rhestr yn Gonfensiwn y Cenhedloedd Unedig ar Hawliau’r Plentyn, neu CCUHP yn fyr.

In our Federation we are working towards being a Federation that Respects Rights. In the new school year (September 2023) our aim is to launch children's rights across the whole school and then go for the 'Bronze Rights Respecting School Award'. The children have already had various experiences learning about children's rights and we are looking forward to working with the UNCRC (United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child) and becoming a Rights Respecting School in the near future. Our intention is to start the Children's Rights Great Ambassadors scheme, to create a 'Children's Rights' character and to create a children's rights charter which will focus on ten articles to be promoted over the year.

The Children's Commissioner for Wales ensures that all children and young people in Wales are informed of their rights. These rights are the things children need to be safe, healthy and happy. The United Nations has a list of all the rights that children have. The list is called the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child, or UNCRC for short.
