Cross Curricular Skills

We discussed what emotions people may feel during Remembrance Day and wrote poetry depicting these. We read these out during a whole school assembly. 

We looked at what made a good script, in readiness to write our own about a visit to the Doctors.

We worked in pairs to read the scripts that we had wrote, all about visiting our role play area; A doctors surgery.

We studied Simone Biles and then created a biography all about her life becoming a world class gymnast. 

We wrote autobiographies to help Mrs Bartlett get to know us better. 

We used Seesaw to record all that we had learned about the different parts of the brain 

We toured a virtual museum to look at portraits by a range of artsist. 

We worked hard at home practising our research skills to find ou about artists of our choice.
