Collection Guidelines for Exam Results
If you are unable to collect your results in person i.e. you are on holiday, there are three options open to you, please see below.
UNFORTUNATELY WE ARE UNABLE TO EMAIL RESULTS
1. YOU CAN NOMINATE A PERSON TO COLLECT RESULTS ON YOUR BEHALF:
If you choose this option, you must:
Download, print and sign this nominated person collection form. You must put the nominated person's full name, we cannot accept forms that say, for example, 'my nan', 'my dad' etc
The person collecting must be over 18 years of age
The person collecting must have photographic ID with them when collecting the results.
We are not authorised by the Exam Boards to give out results if the above requirements are not met.
2. EXAM RESULTS CAN BE POSTED HOME:
We can post results home only if pupils or their nominated person are unable to collect them in person on the results day(s) due to a pre-booked holidays etc.
If a pupil requires this option they will need to complete the postage of results form. This form needs to be downloaded, printed and signed by the pupil themselves, we cannot accept any forms signed by parents/guardians.
This form then needs to be handed to Caredig Reception along with an A5 (nothing smaller) First Class stamped, self addressed envelope.
Results will then be put into the post at the end of the results day
3. COLLECTION FROM SCHOOL AFTER THE RESULTS DAYS / EXAMS ASSIST:
If a pupil is happy to wait to collect their results after the result day, they can still do this from Caredig Reception. Results will also be available on Exams Assist after 12pm on each results day.
