Welsh Heritage Project - Through My Window

Many of our families had brilliant memories of our Transporter Bridge and wanted to dig deeper.

 The children spoke to local historians, and did lots of research!

The children enjoyed it so much, they asked to do more. We opened the project up to include all of Newport and asked our families to send us copies of any old pictures they had.

Some of our older children wanted to write about people from the local area they were inspired by and everybody wanted to celebrate and show their love of Wales!
