Every Welsh-medium primary school in our area promotes the aims and objectives of the Language Charter. All of of our schools have achieved the Bronze Award and are preparing to be validated for the Silver or Gold Award! As a result, you may well see the playful characters Seren and Sbarc on materials shared by your child's school.

Every day is an opportunity to practice speaking Welsh but you will probably see more activity to celebrate specific occasions such as National Poetry Day, World Book Day, Shwmae Su'mae Day, T. Llew Jones Day, St. Dwynwen's Day, Wales Music Day and St David's Day, of course!
