Bassaleg School Climate Group

Bassaleg School Climate Group organised the 2023 Teens & Teachers take on Climate Education conference at Cardiff University and a follow-up conference that brought together over 100 students from 13 schools across South Wales who developed a Climate Education Entitlement included in this Policy Brief.

In July 2024 members of the climate group obtained the Carbon Literacy Qualification and in June 2025 they ran a training day for all teaching and non-teaching staff.
