1) Lifestyle factors: Google slides presentation describing and explaining the effects of different lifestyle factors (positive and negative) on health lifestyles
2) Create a healthy lifestyles questionnaire and conduct a 1:1 consultation with your client to assess the strengths and areas for improvement - Google Forms
3) Evaluate the findings of the questionnaire and consultation meeting and assess the strengths and prioritise areas for improvement for your client in a written report - Google Docs.
4) Provide lifestyle improvement strategies for your client based on their responses to your questionnaire and consultation as well as your own research. Prepare a health related training programme to improve your client's lifestyle.
