Croeso i wefan Ffederasiwn Ysgolion Bancyfelin, Llangain a Llansteffan.

Lleolir ysgolion y Ffederasiwn dafliad carreg o’i gilydd i'r dwyrain o dref Caerfyrddin. Daeth y tair ysgol at ei gilydd fel Ffederasiwn swyddogol yn 2021 o dan arweiniad un Pennaeth Gweithredol ac un Corff Llywodraethol. Er bod maint, lleoliad a natur yr ysgolion ychydig yn wahanol, maent yn rhannu'r un weledigaeth a chyfeiriad strategol.

Ein gweledigaeth fel Ffederasiwn yw bod yn Ffederasiwn sydd yn ysgolion hapus a chroesawgar, sy'n creu disgyblion iach, hyderus ac uchelgeisiol sydd yn ran fentrus, creadigol ac egwyddorol o'u cymdeithas. 

Cydweithiwn yn agos gyda'n gilydd, y rhieni a'r gymuned leol er mwyn sicrhau ein bod yn hyrwyddo safon uchel o ddysgu ac ymddygiad er mwyn datblygu pobl ifanc sy'n barod i ddysgu drwy gydol eu bywydau, i chwarae rhan lawn mewn bywyd a gwaith, i fod yn ddinasyddion yng Nghymru a'r byd ac sy'n barod i fyw bywyd cyflawn fel aelodau gwerthfawr o'u cymdeithas.

Welcome to Bancyfelin, Llangain and Llansteffan Schools Federation's website.

The Federation of schools are located a stone's throw from each other to the east of the town of Carmarthen. The three schools came together as an official Federation in 2021 under the leadership of one Executive Head and one Governing Body. Although the size, location and nature of the schools are slightly different, they share the same vision and strategic direction.

Our aim as a Federation is to be a Federation of happy, welcoming schools that create healthy, confident and ambitious pupils that are an enterprising, creative and ethical members of their community. 

We work closely with each other, the parents and the local community to ensure that we promote a high standard of learning and behaviour in order to develop young people who are ready to learn throughout their lives, to play a full part in life and work, to be citizens in Wales and the world and who are ready to live a full life as valued members of society.
